Wing Commander I. M. Gillard, of Morrinsville, has been appointed deputy head of the New Zealand Joint Services Mission in Canberra. He will replace Wing Commander R. B. Bolt, son of a New Zealand pioneer aviator, the late Mr George Bolt.—(P.A.). Squadron-Leader J. H. Dunlop, staff officer movements for the R.N.Z.A.F., of Lower Hutt, and formerly of Christchurch, has joined the Department of Internal Affairs and has been initially attached to the Royal Visit office.— (P.A.).
