Four New Ministers (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) OTTAWA, Dec. 19. The Prime Minister (Mr Pearson) has announced a reshuffle of Cabinet ministers and portfolios. Mr Pearson has named four new ministers and a new post-master-General—two of them in their 30s. The five men will fill vacancies created by defeats in the recent general election, and resignations. The duties of eight ministers were shuffled.

Newcomen to Cabinet rank are Mr R. H. Winterr aged 55, a former Liberal Cabinet minister, who will return to politics after an eight-yeer absence and will take over the trade portfolio early in 19M; Mr J. Marchand, aged 47, a former Quebec labour leader who will become Immigration Minister; Mr J. J. Greene, aged 45, Minister of Agriculture; Mr J. Cote, aged 39, Postmaster-General; and Mr J. Turner, aged 36, minister without portfolio.
