AWARD TO WRITER
(N.Z. Prtn ArtociaUonf WELLINGTON, Dee. 19. Maurice Duggan, of Auckland, has been awarded a £lOOO scholarship in literature by the Queen Elisabeth II Arts Council. The award was made by the council on the recommendation of the New Zealand Literary Fund Advisory Committee.
