U.N. FORCE IN CYPRUS
Extension Of Mandate NEW YORK. Dec. 19. The Security-Council has decided unanimously to extend the mandate of the peace force on Cyprus for three months. The council has approved a resolution tabled by the six small-power members of the council—BoHvia, the Ivory Coaat, Jordan, Malaysia, the Netherlands and Uruguay. The Secretary-General (U Thant) said he had. grave doubts about the United Nation’s voluntary method of financing the force, which was facing a substantial deceit
