Forceful Bowling By Motz

Always aggressive, at time* even violent, the fast bowling of R. C. Mots split the Sydenham second innings asunder at Hagley Park three and gave Riccarton the game by 10 runs. Gallop and J. M. game really belonged to Motz and Kiddey. The umpires were Messrs J. R. Streeter and R. G. Aitken.
