VICAR OF HINDS
Ven. H.F. Ault Appointed The Ven. H. F. Ault has been appointed vicar of the parish of Hinds. He will take up his duties early in the New Year. Archdeacon Ault was trained in College House and took his M.A. degree with honours in history in 1924. He completed his L.Th. two years later and in 1944 he obtained his B.D. in the Melbourne College of Divinity-
Having served curacies at Rangdra and St Albans, he went to Karachi and in 1931 be became Principal of the Church Missionary High School and missioner in charge of Karachi. He returned to New Zealand in 1933 and he was appointed vicar of Oxford and later vicar of Southbridge. He has been vicar of All Saints, Nelson, since 1952 and Archdeacon of Waimea since 1956. He has. been an examiner for the Board of Theological Studies since 1947 andextminingdutplain to the Bishop of Nelson since 1956.
