HEAVY ORDERS FOR BULK FERTILISER
SPECIAL REBATE FOR EARLY DELIVERY Farmers will be better off by an extra rebate of 10s per ton by placing bulk orders now for early fertiliser deliveries ex Kempthorne Prosser’s works at Hornby. Anticipations of heavy ordering are already being realised—even exceeded —and orders should be placed without delay for delivery prior to Christmas. Purchasers are advised that this particular rebate is subject to a minimum qualifying order of four tons, and the actual dispatch of the placed order before January 15th. With this extra 10s rebate added to the usual price differential of 25s between bulk and bagged supplies, total benefits to the purchaser amount to a sizeable 35s per ton ... a saving on 10 tons of £l7 10s, or, in other words almost two tons of fertiliser absolutely cost free. Farmers should order now, through their usual merchants in good time to ensure early delivery and qualify for this special rebate.
