Parking Building
Sir,—As the opening date for the new City Council parking building is drawing near, I would suggest that a motor traffic census be taken during the peak hours each day till the opening day of the Manchester and Gloucester street area affected by the parking building. Another census of the area at the peak hours should be taken when the parking building is operating fully for several weeks. The idea Is to find if the parking building increases traffic congestion in the adjacent streets.—Yours, etc., C. FITZGERALD. November 1, 1965.
