ADDINGTON COURSE
Hospital May Sell Land
The North Canterbury Hospital Board decided yesterday to teli Addington Trotting Course, Ltd., that it was willing to negotiate the sale to it of the Addington raceway. The 93 acres of land have been leased from the board for many years at an annual rental of £2OOO. The lease is due for renewal next year. The land was vested in the board by the Twigger Estate and Addington Trotting Course, Ltd., approached the board with a view to buying it
