The Joint Family Homes Amendment Bill and the Rural Intermedi* ate Credit Bill were introduced and read a first time when Parliament resumed yesterday afternoon. The annual report of the Decimal Currency Board was tabled. The House spent the afternoon discussing the reports on three petitions. In the evening, the second reading debate on the Territorial Sea and Fishing Zone Bill was continued.
