C.O.R.S.O. Aid For Koreans
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. July 27. Clothing and milk powder is being sent to South Korea by C.0.R.5.0. in the first available ship. The worst floods for 40 years have occurred near Seoul drowning 100 persons, leaving 140,000 homeless and destroying 40,000 acres of crops. A cable from the World Council of Churches’ headquarters in Geneva today requesting assistance for the stricken area was received by C.0.R.5.0.
