The worst floods for 40 years have occurred near Seoul drowning 100 persons, leaving 140,000 homeless and destroying 40,000 acres of crops. A cable from the World Council of Churches’ headquarters in Geneva today requesting assistance for the stricken area was received by C.0.R.5.0.
