Claim Over ‘3d Bus Fare (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyriflht I LONDON, May 3. A bus passenger who claimed £lO.OOO damages from the city’s transport executive because of a 3d fare overcharge now owes £250 in court costs. Mr Herbert Morton, was ordered to pay costs by an Appeals Court which told him yesterday it had dismissed his claim because it was “utterly absurd.” Mr Morton, wuo was appealing against an earlier rejection of his claim, said he planned to continue his fight and would now appeal to the House of Lords—Britain’s highest court
