Anniversary
The West of England Women’s Association marked its 27th anniversary in Christchurch at an afternoon party recently. Mrs E. Garlick presided, and Mrs E. Romberry spoke of the origin of the association.
Entertainment was provided by Mesdames M. O’Connor, G. Trueman, M. Strong and Miss C. Harris, in an amusing mannequin parade arranged by Mrs O’Connor, and compered by Mrs Trueman.
