(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 19. A Ministry of Works report on estimated costs for the development of Paraparaumu aerodrome was expected to be available to the Government by November 30, the Minister of Civil Aviation (Mr McAlnine) said in Parliament today. He was replying to Mr W A Fox (Opp., Miramar) who said it had been suggested the development of the aerodrome to take DCS jets was now urgent. Mr D S.
