Statement On Monday (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 19. A statement on the question of a second television channel is expected to be made by the Minister of Broadcasting (Mr Scott) after next Monday’s meeting of the Cabinet. Mr Scott had no comment to make tonight on a report that the Government caucus today was understood to have been told that a second television channel was not likely to be authorised until coverage with the first channel had been expanded to the whole of New Zealand and the present hours extended.
