The Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella) competed successfully with a chorus of bullfrogs from a nearby pond when be officially opened the two-year-old Wainuiomata College this afternoon. He had often been interrupted In speeches before this, he said, but never quite in such a fashion. “1 don’t know whether they are saying ‘order, order,’ or ‘hear, hear’,” he said.
