St. Andrew’s Harriers
The St. Andrew’s College cross-country race was held over new courses near the Waimakarirl River. Distances ranged from 2i miles for the juniors to 4i miles for the seniors. Results: — Senior: L. D. Smith- 1, R. I. Treeby 2, G. W. McKechnie 3. Time, 25:40. Intermediate: R. W. Moore 1, M. S. Moore 2, R. W. Preston 3. Time, 15:30. Junior: R. T. Hight 1, J. R. Morris 2. D. W. Ussher 3. Time 15:6. House points:— Senior: Erwin, 39, 1, Rutherford, 35, 2; Thompson, 24, 3; Strowan, 22, .4. Intermediate: Thompson, 180, 1; Strowan, 143, 2; Rutherford, 132, 3; Erwin, 61, 4. Junior: Rutherford, 122, 1; Erwin, 46, 2; Thompson, 13, 3;Strowan, 26, 4.
