RETURN TO BRISBANE
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 29. An order for a 35-year-old New Zealand-born clerk to be returned to Brisbane in custody to face a charge of obtaining £2156 10s lid by fraud was made by Mr E. F. Rothwell, S.M., today. The man’s name was suppressed. Detective Senior-Constable A. E. Williams, of the Brisbane C. 1.8., appeared at the court to request that the man be handed over to his custody. Auckland police arrested the man on a provisional warrant on September 18.
