MISCONDUCT CHARGE

' Hocking) released the text of • a motion adopted by the i committee and announced the decision to hear the charge ] of misconduct against Thom- i son. The motion was:— “In view of the fact that (; the judicial committee which I, heard the case on the facts; presented had been misled) relative to the proxy appearing on behalf of Mr K.
