N.Z. Graduate Tops List "The Preet" Special Service AUCKLAND, Sept 2. A graduate of Auckland University and a former Rhodes scholar, Mr B. C. Gould, was placed first in the British Foreign Service examinations this year. He returned to New Zealand recently after graduating from Baliol College, Oxford, with a bachelor of civil law degree. Mr Gould attended Victoria University and Auckland University, where he graduated B.A. and LLB. He will take up his position with, the British Foreign Service after a short working holiday in New Plymouth, where his parents live. To pay for his trip back to England he is teaching at high school during the day and at night he becomes a radio announcer.
