102-Acre Farm Brings £26,530
The late Mr F. W. Meyer’s property, “Midway,” a farm of 102 acres 7 perches at Ladbrooks was sold by private treaty after being passed in at £26.530, at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr W. Steele.
Buildings on the property include a five-roomed house, a six-stall cow-bail and dairy, implement shed, workshop, garage, granary, hay barn, and sheds.
“Midway” has been owned by the Meyer family for more than 80 years.
