CHANGES IN STAFF
T.E.A.L. Plans For Expansion (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June’ 29. Staff changes to prepare for a major expansion of its activities with new routes and equipment are announced by Tasman Empire Airways. After the division of its commercial operations, Mr H. M. Denton, the commercial manager, will take over additional duties involving longterm planning.
Mr N. H. Barker, at present T.E.A.L.’s Australian manager based in Sydney, has been appointed assistant commercial manager (line operations) and will, be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company’s operations. Mr C. W. Beresford, who is assistant to the commercial manager, has been appointed to the Sydney post.
