Most Complaints From Women
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter) HONG KONG. Ninety-one per cent of the Chinese family complaints brought for arbitration to Hong Kong’s Secretariat for Chinese Affairs in the first quarter of this year came from women. The number of complaints declined, but the causes were the usual ones—ranging from 85 per cent for insufficient maintenance to one per cent from concubinage.
