Schoolboy In Auckland XI
A 17-year-old schoolboy, J. Legg, who is to have a trial with the London professional club, Arsenal, has won a place in the Auckland soccer team to play Munster today. A young Irishman, D. Lowry, and the Scottish League player, T. McNab, are playing their first games for Auckland. Seven of the team are New Zealand representatives. It is: A. Stroud; J. Gallagher, T. McNab; D. Lowry, J. Kemp, K. Sudlow; H. Russell or D. Clarke: G. Lamont, R. Ormond, R. Cochran, J; Legg. Reserves: D. Wells, G. McCormack, T. Paterson.
