Vice-Regal
Yesterday morning the Governor-General and Lady Fergusson visited Sunnyside Hospital. Later, her Excellency visited the Convent of the Sisters of the Good Shepherd. Lincoln road. The Governor-General was j the guest at luncheon of the Christchurch Consular Corps. In the afternoon the Gover-nor-General, accompanied by Lady Fergusson, planted a tree in the Christchurch ! Botanic Gardens. Later, their Excellencies visited the Canterbury Museum. Subsequently their' Excellencies were the guests of the combined committee of patriotic societies at a reception held in the Horticultural hall.
