GOVT. AID URGED FOR STUDENTS

Urgent attention should be given by the Government to the provision of more halls of residence, said the presi : rdent of the New Zealand University Students’ Association (Mr M- J- Moriarty). He was commenting on. a report by the Vice-Chancel-lor of" Canterbury University “that no student .in any residential hall had been Implicated. in any way as a result of investigations at the university into misuse of drugs."
