LONDON, Mar. 19.
Lord Thomson said he would abide by the decision of the shareholders of the Wellington Publishing Company on his offer to take it over for £2,300,000. The shareholders have until April 6 to decide. “If the majority of the shareholders do not by then accept our terms that will be the end of the matter so far as we are concerned," he said.
