Mr R. G. Lund, a director of the International Wool Secretariat left London yesterday for Istanbul where he will take charge of a survey of the wool and textile industries in Turkey.—London, Nov. 13,
Mr Murray A. Pickering, formerly of Christchurch, has been awarded the degree of LL.M, with distinction at London University. Mr Pickering gained his M.A. degree with honours in economics at the University of Canterbury, where he was president of the Students’ Association in 1957.
