CONDUCT OF BORSTAL
Inquiry To Be Held (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Nov. 12. The State Services Commission has decided to conduct a formal investigation into allegations made by Mr R. Bennett about irregularities at the Invercargill borstal. Mr Bennett formerly was a member of the borstal staff. The chairman of the commission (Mr L. A. Atkinson) said today that a decision on whether the findings will be published would be made after the inquiry has finished-
