Alleged Assault At Party
(N.Z Press Association) AUCKLAND. Aug. 20. Two more youths appeared in the Magistrate's Court at Auckland today on a charge arising out ot incidents at a Ponsonby party early on Sunday morning. They were Herman Guttenbeil, aged 20. painte-. and Adam Anzac Ratana, aged 18, painter. Both are charged with assaulting Kenneth William Jones with intent to injure him. Both were remanded until next Monday, wh- i they will appear with seven other defendants who were in Court yesterday on the same charge.
