UJV. To Gather Facts (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) NEW YORK, August 20. The United Nations Undersecretary, Mr C. V. Narasimhan, is on his way to Asia to gather facts on the ThailandCambodia border dispute. Malaysia, the treatment of Buddhists in South Vietnam, and the situation in Korea. United Press International reported. Mr Narasimhan, an Indian, who is the chief assistant of the United Nations SecretaryGeneral (U Thant), left New York yesterday. He will fly first to Bombay and then will spend a week in Bangkok and Phnom Penh conferring with high officials on the border dispute. U Thant sent Mr Nils Gussing, of Sweden, to Cambodia and Thailand last December as his personal representative, but differences between the two countries still exist. U Thant asked Mr Ismail Khalidi, the principal secretary of the United Nations Commission for the Unification and Rehabilitation of Korea, to fly from Seoul to Tokyo to see Mr Narasimhan on August 31 and brief him on the situation in the divided country. Diplomatic quarters said Mr Narasimhan would also gather facts on the proposed establishment of the Malaysia Federation and on alleged discrimination against Buddhists in South Vietnam. He is expected to confer with Vietnamese ambassadors in some of the capitals he will visit
