Citizenship Report Denied <NZ Pres* Assn—Copyright) LONDON, Aug 20 It was “wholly incorrect" to suggest that 500.000 Tamils declared stateless by the Ceylon Government were to be granted United Kingdom citizenship, a Commonwealth Relations Office statement said in London last night Reporting this, the "Guardian” today said that the official spokesman for the Crown said the British Government had made no such concession, as was claimed by a spokesman for the Tamils in London last week-end Nor had there been any declaration that the majority of Tamils were citizens of the United Kingdom and Colonies Polar Studies.— Japan has decided to resume Anta-relic observation in the autumn of 1965. It suspended observations in February last year Tokyo, August 30.
