Frozen Prods. Sell Meat P. Shares
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 16. Frozen Products, Ltd., advise that it has sold its entire holding of 125,000 5s stock units in Meat Packers (N.Z.), Ltd., at 9s 3d each, by means of a private placement among the shareholders of the two respective companies. The sales have been made on the understanding that the purchasers do not dispose of these units before December 1, 1963.
