(NZ. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 24. Grace Agnes Reed, mother of four children, who obtained £326 by theft and forgery from the Taniwha scout group, Nelson, and the Nelson branch of the Boy Scouts’ Association, was sentenced to nine mouths’ imprisonment
when she appeared for sentence in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland yesterday Reed pleaded guilty to 27 charges before Mr F. McCarthy. S.M.. last week. They i ivolved 12 charges of theft as a servant. 12 charges of forgery and three charges of theft by failing to account.
