Ilbint Sold To Australia
(N Z Press Assn.—Conynphti MELBOURNE. June 11 The New Zealand two-year-old filly Ilbint has been sold to a Victorian owner Mr W Cockram, for a four-figure sum. it was revealed last night. The New Zealand trainer T R Howe, who trained Ilbint for her New Zealand owner. Mr M Zemba. told reporters that 'he filly had entered George Hanlon's stables in Melbourne The figure was not disclosed
Ilbint won her first start fn Australia at Mornington. neat Melbourne on May 29 She was brought to Australia bv air with five others of Howe’s team including the hurdler Teneriffe.
