Labour Leader In Moscow

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter —Copyright) MOSCOW, June 8. The British Labour Party leader, Mr Harold Wilson, arrived in Moscow today for a week’s visit during which he will see Mr Khrushchev. Mr Wilson told reporters he hoped to discuss with Mr Khrushchev disarmament, a nuclear test ban. the German question, United Nations financing, South-east Asia, the Middle East, and East-West trade.

With Mr Wilson is Labour’s "shadow” Foreign Secretary, Mr Patrick Gordon-Walker, and the secretary of the party’s overseas department, Mr David Ennals. Mr Wilson's Soviet hosts, the International Parliamentary Group of the Supreme Soviet, have

arranged a packed pro. gramme for him. Apart from hie talks with Mr Khrushchev and other top officials. Mr Wilson is due to speak to Soviet journalists, attend a Kremlin dinner and make a 24-hour visit to Leningrad. The Labour Party leader is expected to lunch with Soviet Parliamentarians, visit Moo. cow University, appear on television and see a football match in a giant Moscow stadium.

Before leaving London, Mr Wilson echoed American apprehension that the Russians might be planning new nuclear tests—although the

Russians have given no signs of it.
