BUTTERFAT FIGURES
New Record Expected (N2. Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 9 Butterfat processed during the 1962-63 season will set new records in spite of below average production between February and March, according to the Dairy Board.
The board expects production tor May—the test month of the current season—also to be below the five-year average. It attributes the low production to dry weather which continued over most of New Zealand.
Skim and buttermilk powder manufacture for the 10 months to the end of April was ahead of 1962, but condensed and powdered whore milk and casein were down on the same period.
