Dispute Over Shop Lease
A reserved judgment in flavour of the plaintiff, Thomas Taylor, in a dispute over an option to purchase contained in a shop lease -was given by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court. The order was opposed by Max Thornton George, who claimed that the lease was invalid.
Mr S.- R. Dfcre appeared for Taylor, ano Mr B McClelland for George.
