AUST. TRIAL
Dazzling Play Bv Backs
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, April 25. Dazzling back play featured an exciting Wallaby tour trial today in Sydney, where Combined South Harbour defeated Combined North Harbour, 33-11. Whereas the opening tour trial ten days ago between the Wallabies amd New South Wales produced only some rousing forward play, today's trial was a triumph for South Harbour’s sharp-moving back-line. The backs scored all eight of South Harbour’s tries, three to wing. W. Blogg. two by the other wing, J. Williams, and one each to R. Rosenblum, W. Reilly and I. Moutray. North Harbour, outclassed in the first half and trailing 0-22, recovered confidence in the second half in which the Empire Games athlete, J. McCann, scored two fine tries.
