Fined For Fatal Negligence
(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA. March 27. James Clifford Stewart, aged 39, a carpenter, was fined £6O and his licence was cancelled for two years on a charge of negligent driving causing death when he appeared for sentence before Mr G. J. Donne. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Rotorua today.
