Steak Flown To Hong Kong

In Auckland at present is a man who buys more than 2001 b of fillet and sirloin steak each week and has it flown to Hong Kong for use in the Peninsula Hotel He is Swiss-born Mr Felix M. Bieger, the hotel’s assistant manager, who is here on a business-pleasure trip. Mr Bieger thinks New Zealand meat has a future in Hong Kong, and that the 260.000 tourists who visit Hong Kong each year can eat a lot of steak.
