"Sunny Spot,” a group of 12 motels at 566 Marshland road, Marshland, has been sold through Sherris and Wilson, Ltd., to Mr Mervyn A. Gordon at a price exceeding £25,000.
Ten of the group, which Is on a block of 2 acres 1 rood 18 perches, contain two bedrooms, lounge. kitchendinette. and bathroom. The other two are one-bedroom
units. Since he established th* motels about two years ago the owner set a particularly high standard with ths result that the motels havs proved popular with the travelling public, and the occupancy rate has remained consistently high.
