George Cowie Moffat, a 31-year-okl marine engineer, was remanded to the Magistrate's Court, at Christchurch, when he appeared before Mr t A Lae.S.M, in the Magistrate’s Court at Lyttelton, yesterday, foarosd wtth stowing away in the Gothic at Ajuekland on January 4. Moffat pleaded guilty. A fine atet Mb was immmd on Janies Alfred Hunter te clw M» Poverty or noxious weeds. Tamer Bobart Cleghorn was convicted and ordered to pay costs on two separate charges of tailing to dear his property of Doadout woods.
