“Faster Progress” By U.S. In Space
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) WASmNGTON, January 28. The Soviet Union is still ahead in space activities but the United States is making faster progress. President Kennedy and Vice-President Lyndon Johnson sent two reports to Congress yesterday describing the United States 1962 space programme as the most successful in its history.
