Industrial unity in the freezing industry is being sought. A meeting to tom a New Zealand freezing workers’ union, dr.’jt rules for which have been circulated, will be held at the Wellington Trades Kall on Thursday. The present position is confused, with sheds divided into five industrial organisations, one of them—the Wellington Freez : ig Workers’ Association.—acting independently of the others in the last negotiations for a national award.
