Probe 26½m Miles From Earth
(N2J>A.-Reuter-CopvrigM) MOSCOW, January 27. The Russian Maro space probe was now 26,710,000 miles .from earth. Tass said last night The probe launched on November 1 has travelled 142,000,000 miles in an elliptical orbit, and to supposed to pass close enough to Maro to photograph it and radio back pictures to earth.
