Prams On Buses

Sir, —I fully support the ! arguments of P. Newell and ■ “Observance” regarding our buses. I have frequently had ' t grin and endure with aching joints and sinews during ! the “hang-over.” In some ! instances we have had to • wait for a man from the sheds. These vexations did I not occur on the old tram i system, which should have ] been modernised with metal , alloy bodies mounted on ball-bearing bogeys. Per- > sonally, I would never take j a bus if I could manage otherwise.—Yours, etc., R. M. THOMSON. i January 27, 1963. ] [This correspondence, which 1 has wandered from the ' point, is now closed. — Ed., “The Press."] f
