Sir, Considering the sheep-like behaviour imposed on us all by traffic regulations, how aippropriaite it is that the apparatus controlling the pedestrian crossings at the Colombo - Gloucester streets junction should emit a noise as might some bronchial, dyspeptic old ram. “BAA-rnes dance," of oounse, it is trying to say-—Yours, etc., M.T.
