LAGER TRADE MARK
Decision Reserved On Appeal (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 20. In the Supreme Court today Mr Justice McGregor reserved his decision at the end of legal argument in an appeal by the Dutch manufacturers of Heinekens Lager against the decision of the Commissioner of Trade Marks permitting the registration by New Zealand Breweries, Ltd., of Steinecker Lager as a trade mark The appellant is Heinekens Bierbrowert Maatschappij, Amsterdam.
