Western Eliminated In Cup Semi-Final

Western, of Christchurch, was eliminated from the 1962 Chatham Cup competition when it was beaten by Nelson Rangers. 2 goals and 4 corners to 2 goals, in the South Island semifinal at Nelson on Saturday.
